Finally, the next installment is ready. Chapter 14 weighs in at 4,065 words, so it grew from my last update. The total manuscript not counting the new chapter that I am working on is sitting at 55,498 words so far, and we are not even to Section Three of the plot yet. Selkies' Skins book 2
Chapter 14: Stitches and Tears I'm getting near 3,000 words in the chapter "Stitches and Tears" and I think it is about ready to wrap up and release it. Just another bit to go and then a good read over before I can push out the full chapter in one update. It should not be long now before that next installment for Selkies' Skins goes up. I hope to have it ready sometime this weekend. This will place at Chapter 14.
The fourth part of Chapter 13 went up on Patreon under Patron Post on Sunday. I have gotten the chance to go over it again not quite so tired, and now it is going public on tuesday to the website archive, livejournal, and dreamwidth webnovel repositories. The current wordcount for Selkies' Skins: Temple and Skinquest is about 53,358 words and we are still inside of Section Two of the novel's layout. The webnovel will not be seeing preparation for the print and ebook versions of itself until after I have finished Section Three of book two and gone over it with an editor, and I have one in mind for when it is time for the rewrite and preparation process. Book Two of this series may have several things that should be pulled out but filed into a side compendium. It will not be known how much gets pulled out until this manuscript is done. Then I can move on to Book Three and also do more in Book Three for Dragon Shaman. I also need to make a large print physical copy of the current manuscript as it stands for Faith to read over. The webnovel version of the story is available for free for my fans to be keeping up with me while waiting on the (sometimes very long) process of writing the novels. I'm still wrapping up the move so there will not be an installment today. I am almost done though. This should be the last day of moving boxes and furniture though. This next week I need to scrub up the apartment and get it ready as I can for the next family, so that I have less to pay on the cleaning part. The only things that should be left in the apartment after today are the cleaning supplies I will be using. I have gotten to write some in the manuscript this month, but not enough to release a full installment of Selkies' Skins.
