The continuing adventures of Kirsty Makay, and her growth into her role as Waterwitch, Waterpriestess, Selkie, Healer, and future Chieftianess.
Having successfully completed the freshwater trials and strengthened the relationship between herself and Mara, Kirsty is now ready to undergo the sea trials and earn her sealskin from Mara. Meanwhile many of the Waterwitches of the Order are wondering if Etain will ever return, or if she really did drown. Is Kirsty really the last priestess in her line before even completing her training? Will her anchor to the land be strong enough to allow her to return if she lives through her test? What a busy year this is...
Work on this title has begun and will be concurrent with work on "Dragon Shaman #3: The Forge and the Well" since the first book of "Selkies' Skins" had to be split.
