I have so far been compared by one reader to Peter S. Beagle, a hero of mine, and reminded another reader of a Robert Graves poem. Such comparisons truly honor me.

Abrach, a reader from Amazon that enjoyed the sister series, "Dragon Shaman," published a very exciting review for "Selkies' Skins: Castle and Well," having enjoyed the first book of the "Selkies' Skins" series. I have to say to those that do read and take the time to review the finished products of my work... Thank you. Thank you even more for the reviews that tell me what you do and don't like. I can't please everyone as there are so many different tastes out there, but it makes me very happy to know that there are people out there that enjoy my stories.

The third installment of Chapter 8 in Selkies' Skins': Temple and Skinquest is now available.
The second part of Chapter 8, Cave of Communion, is now posted up for the Selkies' Skins: Temple and Skinquest webnovel. Click here to see what else happens with Kirsty and the Tainted Priestess's Guardian-lover.
The third installment of Chapter 7: Soul Pipes is up. Joining that in a double post this week here is the first installment of Chapter 8: Cave of Communion. Next week will be the second part of Chapter 8 by sometime Sunday, with Livejournal and Dreamwidth updating before here. I project to be wrapping up the first part of Kirsty's descent by the end of Chapter 9. The first section of the book may be extended by a chapter or two by handling a tiny portion of what is going on with Etain, Finnol, and David while Kirsty is "gone but not gone." I'm still running with a three section theme for the book division.
The Black Gate retrieval is still for book three though as that's to be primarily a David adventure. |
